1.1. Free delivery is provided around Nizhny Novgorod. The zone and the minimum amount for free delivery is subject to change depending on the distance from the restaurant. Please check with the operator for details.

1.2. If the Customers wish to receive a refund of online payment they shall do as follows:

• Write and print out an application for refund;
• Attach a copy of the passport, a receipt;
• Submit the package to the administrator/manager the delivery was made from. Indicate recipient as "Food and Culture" Project Delivery

1.3. If the order exceeds the amount of six thousand rubles, Customers are required to make 50% advance payment.

1.4. According to the terms and conditions of return of products for our Customers:

1.4.1. we guarantee a 100% transparent refund system;

1.4.2. hotline service consults on the refunds: phone 8-831-213-55-66 (daily from 11-00 to 22-00)

1.5. In case of exchange, follow-up delivery of the products, the Customer SHALL NOT COMPENSATE the Contractor with the necessary transport costs incurred due to return of the PRODUCTS.
